At high school I specialized in classical languages and culture, because I thought I was going to be an archaeologist, but instead fibres and structures came to define my path.
As a child I roamed through the wild nature and fjords at Røsnæs, and I’ve always been fascinated by nature’s forms. The different organic and non organic fibres can be transformed and shaped into sculptural objects where structures, textures and surfaces play an essential role. In my fiberart I always strive to combine roughness with poetry
